Does Rescue 5 Day Detox Work?
Rescue Detox 5 Day reviews will tell you that you can get clean in just five days using this course of detox pills. That’s not quite the truth though, and in this review of Rescue 5 Day Detox, I want to make sure you get all the facts so you don’t get caught out.
I’m going to quickly cover exactly how Rescue 5 Day Detox works, the best way to use it, how long it really takes to get clean for drug test using it, and give you some tips to get the most out of it.
I’m also going to tell you what you need to also buy to have a backup plan in place, and compare it to the number one brand on the market called Toxin Rid.
What Is Rescue Detox 5 Day Permanent Detox?
Rescue 5 Day Detox is a permanent detoxification program It claims to be a to get you completely clean of toxins in five days.
However, it’s not actually a five day detox course at all, it’s an eight day course. Plus, how long it takes to get clean will depend on how many drug metabolites you have in your bloodstream and in the cells in your body.
Drug metabolites work their way out in just a few days for most people, but the more drugs you take, and the more frequently, and depending who you are, the longer it can take.
For a chronic cannabis smoker for example, if you are smoking daily, it could take six weeks to clear out all the toxins naturally.
So alongside a natural detox, Rescue 5 Day Detox aims to accelerate the elimination of toxins from the body enough for you to get clean in as few days as possible, which can be five days or less for people with light levels of drug metabolites in the body.
But this is no miracle pill, you’ll have to do the natural detox and it won’t work in five days for everybody.
How To Do A Natural Detox
Alongside using the Rescue 5 Day Detox course, you’ll have to do a natural detox, which includes doing the following every day:
- Drink plenty of water
- Eat small meals
- Eat protein, vegetables, wholegrain, fiber, and fruits
- Cut out refined carbohydrates, fats, and sugars
- Cut out caffeine and alcohol
- exercise and sweat every day
- Sleep at least eight hours
Doing all the above things every day will help your body get toxins worked out of it at the fastest possible natural rate. You’ll then use Rescue Detox 5 Day permanent detox to help push out the toxins faster.
What You Get In The Box
When you buy your course of Rescue 5 Day Detox you’ll get quite a few different pills in it as follows:
- 4 x Headstart pills
- 30 x Morning pills
- 30 x Evening pills
- 4 x Finisher pills
- 8 x ICE pills
Rescue 5 Day Detox Review: Instructions
Rescue 5 Day Detox instructions are pretty simple, but as I said earlier, this isn’t actually the five day course that is claimed on the box.
The day before your test you take the four headstart pills with 32oz of water. You do this in the late afternoon, so that your body is pushing out more toxins, and you are urinating before you go to sleep.
Over the next five days, you do the main course of pills. Every morning you take six morning formula pills, and every evening you take six evening formula pills, each time taking them with 32oz of water.
The day after you finish the main five day course you take the four finisher formula pills, again with 32oz of water.
So as you can see, it’s actually a seven-day course rather than five.
On top of that, the last part of instructions is that on the day of your drug test, two hours before you leave, you should take the 8 x ICE capsules with 32oz of water. Then you should urinate several times to push out any remaining toxins. So it acts as a detox drink in capsule form.
So in total, you’ve actually got eight days worth of pills to take.
Does Rescue 5 Day Detox Work?
So I think is important to say that Rescue 5 Day Detox isn’t a five day course, it’s an eight day course. This actually works to its advantage because it gives you more time to get clean in.
But it does mean that if you just open the box 5 days before a drug test, you’re going to realize that you can’t complete the full course.
If you can do a full natural detox from the day before the main five day course, the day after, then hopefully the day after that when you take the ICE pills, when you submit your sample later that day, you will be completely clean.
The only people who will struggle to get clean at that time will people with very high toxin exposure levels, I’m talking about people who are daily weed smokers or people who are taking any other type of drug daily.
For me, it’s not the strongest pill out there though. It’s good, and great value at $60.
However, my advice is to always have a backup by using Rescue Detox 5 Day permanent detox with a high-quality detox drink.
On the day of your test take the ICE capsules as you should. One hour later do a home drug test kit. You should be negative, and in fact, I would suggest you do a home drug test kit the day you finish the course as well.
If you are still testing positive, drink the detox drink to mask any remaining toxins, there should be so few left hopefully that pretty much any detox drink will do. However, as a recommendation, I would suggest Clear Choice Rescue Cleanse is a great detox drink to use.
Toxin Rid Is The Stronger Alternative
So Rescue 5 Day Detox reviews saying it works are right. As long as you haven’t got chronic toxin exposure and you follow the course every day you need to alongside a natural detox then you should be fine.
But Toxin Rid is a far stronger alternative to Rescue 5 Day Detox. But the price comparison is a lot. $60 against $190 for a full 10 day course of Toxin Rid (slightly cheaper for the seven day course).
If you know that you have very high levels of toxin exposure, then it’s the only pill course I would really recommend 100%. If you do the 10 day course, it doesn’t matter how high the toxins are in your body, Toxin Rid alongside a natural detox will push them out.
